The vegan Vantastic medallions are made from defatted soy flour and are easy to prepare. It's best to simply soak the desired amount of soy medallions in hot vegetable broth for about 5-10 minutes. Once they have reached the desired consistency, you can strain them and carefully squeeze them with your hands. Afterwards, they can be processed like meat.

You have a free hand when it comes to flavoring: marinate or season the soy meat pieces before frying them and give them exactly the flavor you want. You can also bread them using a vegan egg alternative and make them into little vegan cutlets. Ich liebe es!!!!

Seit fast 30 Jahren esse ich kein Fleisch, und auch die Fleischalternativen verschmähte ich... bis jetzt! Was soll ich sagen? So einfach und lecker zuzubereiten, ob tatsächlich zum Grillen oder kleingeschnitten als Geschnetzteltes, oder als Kombi mit Kokosmilch und Ingwer in Currygerichten.... ich lebe es! So vielseitig und leicht zu bevorraten. Mein 5kg-Karton ist schon halb leer...

Absolut Begeistert!

Ich koche mit den Medaillons nun bereits einige Jahre. Sie sind super praktisch, da die nicht gekühlt werden müssen, und der Geschmack übertrifft vergleichbare Produkte um Längen!
Wichtig ist nur, dass sie gut abgetropft und gewürzt werden, und dann ab in die Pfanne oder Heißluftfritteuse.
Eines der Grundnahrungsmittel in unserer Küche ;)
