Very nice, similar to salmon.
When I opened the package it smelled similar to salmon, and while the taste is not identical, it’s close, in my opinion. Especially nice if you put it in a wrap, on bread, salad or sushi. I’m definitely going to buy it again!

Sehr lecker! Die Soße dazu auch. Geschmack und Konsistenz für mich sehr nah am Original. :)
Gruselig
Einfach gruselig vom Geschmack her! Der vegane Räucherlachs vom Penny schmeckt 1000 mal besser. Dieser hier schmeckt einfach gar nicht nach Lachs und ist nur mit einer dicken Schicht Soße zu ertragen. Die mitgelieferte Soße schmeckt allerdings sehr gut.

Eigentlich hätte dieser Lax 12 Punkte verdient:
Die Textur ist unglaublich echt, nur weniger faserig und ein kleines bisschen weicher.
Er duftet und schmeckt ganz genau wie frischer Lachs, nur, dass, wenn man ihn pur und ohne das Dill-Sößchen, ein echter Knaller, ist, er einen ganz leichten, aber nicht unangenehmen Beigeschmack hat.
Endlich wieder Lachs schlemmen, und das ohne schlechtes Gewissen , ich bin so begeistert, weil ich ein echter Fisch-Suchti war.
Zum heiß machen, zb auf Pizza, eignet er sich nicht, da löst er sich zum größten Teil einfach in Luft auf.
