PREPARATION: Grill: Place on the hot, greased grill grate. When it is golden brown and can be easily removed from the grate with grill tongs, turn once and grill the other side also until golden brown. | Pan: Fry over medium heat and with a little vegetable oil on one side for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown, preferably in a coated pan. One of the worst things I have ever eaten
Not to be too rude or disrespectful but this was insanely bad. The consistency is like biting into a a slab of clay, the taste is souless and if you look at the ingredients you will undstand why. Imagine you have almond milk and you dilute it with a lot of water and then put herbs inside. That’s exactly what it tastes like. Who would want to consume something like that. I have high tolerance but I had to spit this out. Whoever made this product hates me and humanity.
Gar nicht schlecht
Wir hatten den Grillkäse auf dem Gasgrill und ich muss sagen, der ist gar nicht schlecht. Recht würzig, gute Konsistenz, beim Grillen behält er die Form und bekommt schön Farbe, vom Geschmack her erinnert er eher an etwas milden Feta. Einziges Manko, er quietscht nicht, aber das ist ja Geschmackssache.
Zu Empfehlen
Wir, meine Frau und ich lieben ihn, da er sehr würzig ist und in einer gusseisernen Pfanne (OHNE Beschichtung) knusprig gebraten wird. Geschmacklich finden wir ihn TOP! Er passt super gut zu Rosmarin Kartofeeln mit frischen Pimientos de Padron.
Super
Ich verstehe die vorige Bewertung überhaupt nicht. Ja, das Grillgut wird nicht ganz so braun wie Käse aber doch recht braun wenn man es lange genug brät. Dass die Konsistenz nicht ganz so fest ist, sondern an sehr festen frischkäse erinnert (jedoch keinesfalls an Pudding) finde ich ein Plus. Und jetzt zum wichtigsten: der Geschmack. Es schmeckt BESSER als jeder echter Grillkäse den ich je gegessen habe. Keine Ahnung wie sie das gemacht haben aber es schmeckt einfach genial.
Zusammenfassung:
Wer es cross möchte sollte das Grillgut bestenfalls in schmale Scheiben schneiden und lange anbraten, ansonsten wird das nichts. Wer einfach leckeren Grillkäse/Feta ersatz will wird hier auf seine Kosten kommen.
Enttäuschend
Fand ich sehr enttäuschend. Wird in der Pfanne weder bräunlich/geröstet, noch knusprig. Eher wabbelig und statt fester und eben cross zu werden, zerfällt es eher. Die Konsistenz ist eher wie Pudding. Kaufe ich nicht wieder.
